For me, design is all about purpose. I create digital products that not only look good but also reach the right audience and convey a clear message. I focus on building a consistent red thread between branding and content, making sure everything from visuals to copywriting is aligned, recognizable, and memorable.
My History with Design
What started as a childhood curiosity for design has grown into a skill set, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma. Recently, I’ve expanded into Klaviyo, Canva, and Figma Buzz to create content and seamless handoff.
Content Creation is my specialization, and is what I’m currently focused the most on.
For content creation I primarily use and work like this:
- Figjam for visually planning content
- Canva & Figma Buzz to easily create SoMe content
- Premiere Pro & After Effects for video-editing
- Klaviyo to build newsletters
Figma to design newsletters - Tiktok & Meta business suite to analyse KPI
UI Design & UX Design is also one of my passions. My work typically follows design thinking
Per phase I use different programs like so
Empathize & Define:
- Figjam for saving research, making personas and brainstorming
- Google Forms to create surveys
Ideation:
- Pen and paper, then later on put my ideas into figma.
Prototype & Testing:
- I use Figma to create my prototypes, and test them using 5 second tests or the like.
Implementation:
- Primarily WordPress with Elementor or Visual Studio Code
Graphic Design is what I have the most experience on. I started studying it in 2017, at HANSENBERG in Kolding. When creating graphic design I usually use:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
I mostly use my frontend development skills to create widgets inside of WordPress. I can also create websites using HTML & CSS My skills:
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript
Work-Life Balance
Admittedly, I ❤️ design. I love working with design, I love making stuff and seeing the outcomes. Despite this, I value having a good work-life balance, because that’s where inspiration lives.
As a creative, I tend to consume other creative works – Whether I’m listening to music while playing Sudoku, watching a heartbreaking romcom or reading a dystopian novel. I’m constantly seeking out stories, moods, and ideas that feed my creativity.
Great design comes from living, observing, and staying curious.
